GNO Fundraising Dinner - Fundraising dinner for 800+ guests. Whilst the primary purpose for this event is to raise funds for charitable causes, Livewire, since its involvement with the event from 2002 has been instrumental in raising the production values and making the event a full cabaret/variety show.

 

Livewire responsible for:

 

• Venue finding
• Booking all entertainment
• Creation of show running order including selection of music and  choreography of dancers
• Creation of motivational video inserts
• Creation of video material to support each section of fundraising including videos for each auction item
• All  production � set design & build, staging, lighting, sound, screens and projection, live camera, operating technicians, slide production, video filming and editing.
• Livewire's own Conference Producer and Show Caller
• Stage Management
• Theme decoration including table linen and chair covers
